The terms "Client", "You", and "Your" refer to you, the individual accessing this server and agreeing to our terms and conditions. "This server" is managed by EMINENCE HARDWARE. The terms "we", "us", "our", and "ourselves" refer to the operator of EMINENCE HARDWARE. The terms "parties", "party", and "third-party" refer to any companies or entities governed by terms other than ours. The "product" refers to any goods made available on EMINENCE HARDWARE.
By accessing this server and verifying yourself, you actively accept these Terms of Service. You may decline our Terms by leaving this server.
All software distributed by EMINENCE HARDWARE undergoes rigorous testing and professional debugging to ensure optimal safety and performance. However, please note that there is a possibility that your Windows license may deactivate. In such cases, we will provide an activation tool. Additionally, we cannot be held responsible for issues related to resold products, as these are beyond our direct control. However, they must meet our retail quality standards.
Your full cooperation is required to remain eligible for support and any refund consideration. Refund rights are void if cooperation is not provided in accordance with our procedures and guidelines. Failure to follow these procedures may result in disqualification from refund eligibility.
EMINENCE HARDWARE maintains a strict policy against disrespectful or disruptive behavior; any conduct considered inappropriate, unprofessional, or toxic may, at our sole discretion, lead to the immediate loss of refund eligibility and access. We reserve the right to interpret and enforce these terms.
Use our products and resells responsibly and in good faith. You must follow and respect our server rules at all times.
Prohibited Usage - You are prohibited from using EMINENCE HARDWARE products to unlawfully (a) share or distribute license keys without prior authorization, (b) reverse-engineer, decompile, dump, bypass protections, or otherwise abuse the product, or (c) actively use the products in violation of third-party policies, license agreements, or applicable laws and regulations. Any breach may result in immediate termination of your access without refund or further obligation.
Key Responsibility - You are solely responsible for your license key. Lost, leaked, or compromised keys void warranty and are not eligible for compensation. Each license key is tied to one machine. Multi-device use is not allowed unless we approve a transfer in advance. Requesting a license key reset with mismatched machine data may result in termination of your license without compensation or refund.
All EMINENCE HARDWARE products include a standard 24-day warranty. The warranty is void if any violation of Sections 4, 5, or the Refund Policy occurs. "Lifetime" licenses carry the same 24-day warranty. "Lifetime" refers to the period during which the product is actively developed.
After the 24-day warranty period, we have no obligation to provide refunds, replacements, or credit. In certain cases, at our sole discretion, we may offer a goodwill solution based on circumstances and evidence.
EMINENCE HARDWARE reserves the right to decline high-risk customers, cancel their orders, and refund them at our discretion. Such customers may also be restricted from future purchases and permanently removed from this server, regardless of any rules followed, without the possibility of appeal.
Our internal risk management team assesses risk profiles based on confidential criteria. Customers identified as high-risk will be handled according to this policy, ensuring the safety and integrity of our products and services.
EMINENCE HARDWARE operates purely as a provider of access, not as a controller of how products are used. We are not affiliated with, nor responsible for, the conduct of our users. All responsibility for actions taken while using our products lies with the user.
We do not store or possess source code, drivers, licenses, or related data on our servers. We hold no accounts on third-party platforms and have not agreed to any external EULA, Terms of Service, or similar terms. Our products function as external processes, without modifying game files, memory, or anti-cheat systems. They are code-signed and rely on verified drivers from real, legitimate vendors.
No copyright infringement or financial harm to other companies is intended, and we assume no liability for any damages caused by user behavior.
Exclusion Clause - To protect our platform, access is strictly prohibited for employees, contractors, associates, or family members of Valve Corporation, Bohemia Interactive a.s., BattlEye Innovations, CEVO LLC, EasyAntiCheat Ltd. (EAC), Turtle Entertainment GmbH, E-Sports Entertainment LLC, Riot Games, Tencent, Ubisoft Entertainment SA - or any legal or representative firm acting on their behalf.
You expressly acknowledge and agree that EMINENCE HARDWARE is not liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to lost profits, goodwill, data, usage, or other intangible losses (even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages), arising from: (i) your use of or inability to use the product, (ii) the cost of obtaining substitute goods or services, (iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your data, (iv) the statements or actions of any third party, or (v) any issues related to the product.
You agree that these Terms of Service and any dispute arising from your access or usage of this server, website, products, or services are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which EMINENCE HARDWARE's headquarters is located, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. By registering or actively using EMINENCE HARDWARE's products or services, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts in that city or county, and waive any objection to jurisdiction or venue.
